Spiritualiteit als basis voor authentiek leiderschap

Spiritualiteit is de basis voor authentiek(strategisch?) leiderschap in organisaties( een gezin/familie is ook een organisatie!) omdat het de mogelijkheid vertegenwoordigd ons verbonden te voelen. We kunnen de moed ontwikkelen om van hieruit onze gezonde kwetsbaarheid te communiceren door in het moment zelf te blijven en bereidheid te ontwikkelen om te stoppen met het voorspellen van of vooruitlopen op de uitkomst. Hierdoor stappen we uit een angst/schaamte verbinding en komen in een van vertrouwen en respect. Dit stimuleert vrijheid en creativiteit waardoor er ongekende mogelijkheden zich openen.

Guidance is very important for the traveller on the road to spirituality. Each person has a unique path to elf-realization. Each person has a unique connection with the “higher power”.

As spiritual Choicemakers, we have two tasks of the Spirit: The first is to carve out our own singular meaning in life, through grot hand self-awareness.

The second task is to open ourselves to the mystery of our place in redemption- the understanding of that brings the pain of a person’s life to meaning and inner peace.

The journey is grounded in faith.

Faith is flowing with reality.

Faith is letting go and acceptance of the life of the Spirit.

This life of the Spirit can be scary, for it involves venturing into unaccustomed realms. It is not easy to Admit that our ego’s are limited, that there is a wider mainstream of existence that could touch us . it is hard to drop our defences and expose ourselves to a spirit and to take risks, trusting to faith in the face of the unknown, An dit is difficult to admit how much we need one another.

It’s a dance.

From a transforming heart there comes a unique melody, a song of harmony and self-containment welling up and flowing from inner tranquility.

Sin is whatever holds you back from your potential.

Sorrows are stepping-stones for greater things.

People feel unimportant and frustrated because they have given their power away, NOT because someone took it…."
